POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometric and isometric poses into a 45 minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt your muscles – drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music!

Yoglates combines a variety of Yoga and Pilates methods in combination with short bursts of cardio.

Yoglates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility, strengthen, and improve muscle endurance. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, as well as breathing techniques to relieve stress and allow adequate oxygen flow to the muscles.

This class concentrates on your core strength and mobility. This will improve your cardio, build up your core, as well as strengthen your upper and lower body.

High-intensity interval training (HIIT), is an exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is an intense cardiovascular exercise.HIIT sessions are 30 minutes of intense workouts to improve your overall athletic and cardio condition.

Boot Camp

The goal of boot camp is to provide a whole-body workout that builds strength and endurance.

Cynthia offers an intense mix of strength training and aerobic elements such as jumping jacks, pushups, lunges and crunches, as well as tire flips and sprints.

In essence, a boot camp workout is a type of interval training with bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity.

Freestyler

The Freestyler class utilizes exercise tubes attached to a base to give clients a low impact, full body workout.

Strong by Zumba

STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

In each class you’ll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.
